  Curried Egg Dip For Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Hard Cooked Egg *
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Chopped Green Onion & Tops
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Cooked Shrimp
Instructions:
* Very finely chopped.

~----------------- Mix together thoroughly the mayonnaise, chopped
egg and ginger. Peel garlic and crush thoroughly with the salt (or
mash garlic and mix with salt, or add separately). Add garlic and
salt, onion, curry powder and lemon juice, blend well. Put in small
bowl surrounded by critters. Also good with crackers.
