Ingredients:
2 Tbsp) evenly in single layer on plate. Microwave on High 2-4 minutes
Instructions:
Sprinkle grated peel from one medium orange or two small lemons
(about or until dry to the touch, turning plate and lifting and
tossing peel with fingers after each minute. Let stand about 2 hours
or until completly cooled and brittle. Store in airtight container no
longer than 2 months. Note: 1/2 tsp dried peel is equivalent to 1 tsp
grated fresh peel
