Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Creole mustard
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Tabasco
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Garlic powder
3/4 tsp Curry powder
Instructions:
Ritz crackers

Mix well and spread over eight fish fillets. Sprinkle with crumbled
Ritz crackers and bake at 400 degs for about 20 mins uncovered. Fish
is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
