1 oz Unsweetened chocolate
12 large Marshmallows, or 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup Whipping cream
2 tbsp Sugar, granulated
3 tbsp To 4 tablespoons light cream
1/4 cup Pecans, chopped
