Ingredients:
1 bunch Fresh cilantro, chopped
3 Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 medium Red onion, chopped fine
4 Heads garlic,minced optional
2 small Jalapenos,seeded and chopped
1 tsp White vinegar
Juice of one lime
Salt (optional)
Instructions:
Mix everything together and chill for a least an hour for the flavors
to blend.

For a quick and easy dip, mix with one container of fat-free sour
cream and serve with tostada chips, and margaritas!
