Ingredients:
1 can Frozen coconut milk, thawed (32 oz)
1 cup Mochiko
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Sugar
2 cup Cooked yams, sliced in 1/2 inch cubes
2 cup Cooked taro, sliced in 1/2 inch cubes
2 each Firm ripe bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices
Instructions:
Mix 1/2 c coconut milk with the mochiko to form a stiff dough. Shape
into 1/2 inch balls; set aside. In a large saucepan, combine
remaining coconut milk, water and sugar. Cook over medium heat for 10
minutes, sirring occasionally. Add yams and mochiko balls; cook,
stirring occasionally, for 10 more minutes. Add taro and cook for 15
more minutes or until desired thickness. Stir banana slices into
pudding before serving. Ginataan
