Ingredients:
1/4 cup Water
3/4 cup Sugar
1 1/4 cup Instant skim milk
Instructions:
Heat water and sugar in medium saucepan until sugar dissolves,
approximately 5 minutes. Place instant milk in food processer or
blender. Pour water\sugar mixture in blender\processor. Process until
well blended. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Store, covered, in
refrigerator if not used immediately. Can be used in all recipes.
