Ingredients:
1 cup Unsweetened applesauce OR- crushed pineapple - (unsweetened)
1/4 cup Molasses
1/4 cup Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Almond extract
1 1/2 cup AM Griddle Lite Pancake Mix
2 tsp AM Canola Oil
Instructions:
Mix liquids thoroughly. Add the dry mix. Stir gently. Pour into a
well-oiled square cake pan. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes or until
done. Serve warm with butter and syrup or with a dollop of flavored
yogurt.
