Ingredients:
1/2 cup Water
1 1/2 cup White bread flour
1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
2 tsp Dry milk
2 1/2 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Chicken broth, low salt/can
1 2/3 tbsp Gourmet mustard (dijon etc)
1 tsp Chives, (dried)
2 tsp Yeast
Instructions:
The chives give this bread a sweet taste and it is great for
sandwiches and even just toasted.
