Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup Bread flour (16 oz)
1 tbsp Dry milk (1/3 oz)
1 tsp Salt (1/3 oz)
1 tbsp Butter (3/5 oz)
2 tbsp Sugar (9/10 oz)
15/16 cup Water (11 fl oz)
1 tsp Dry Yeast*
Instructions:
*If Fleishmans yeast, add 2 tsp yeast. Add flour, milk, salt, butter
, sugar then the water. Best when cooked on Basic; light crust cycle.
Make 1 lb. loaf in the Panasonic.
