Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
2 tbsp Baking powder
1 1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Salad oil (pure virgin olive is best)
1 cup Water
Instructions:
Passed down from my Grandfather who hails from the English
Midlands....

Combine all that and start dipping and deep frying. The batter turns
out light, crisp and brown.
