Ingredients:
4 lb Lamb steak
1 cup White wine
1 each Garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/4 tsp Ginger
1 each Salt
1 each Pepper
Instructions:
Combine wine, garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Marinate lamb turning
occasionally. Broil or grill to desired degree. Salt and pepper to
taste.
