Ingredients:
2 sticks of butter
2 lbs shredded Ore Ida hash browns
1 can of cream of chicken soup
8 oz of sour cream
1/2 cup of chopped onion
2 cups of mozzarella shredded
2 cups of crushed corn flakes
Instructions:
Melt one stick butter.
Pour and mix butter with hash browns on bottom of casserole dish.
Mix together all other ingredients except corn flakes and layer over hash browns.
Mix crushed corn flakes and the second stick of melted butter together and layer it on top.
Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 1 hour.
