Ingredients:
ROASTED RED PEPPER HUMMUS

* 1 can of chick peas/garbanzo beans (15 oz)
* 1/3 cup tahini
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 2 tablespoon olive oil
* 2 garlic cloves, crushed
* 1/2 cup -3/4 cup roasted red peppers

SUN DRIED TOMATO HUMMUS

* 1 can garbano beans/chickpeas (15 oz.), drained
* 3 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes in oil
* 2 tablespoons roasted garlic
* 2 teaspoons parsley
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice

THERE ARE MANY, MANY VARIETIES OF HUMMUS OUT THERE AND THESE ARE JUST TWO OF MY FAVORITES THAT I FOUND ONLINE AND LOVE. BUT TO HAVE A NICE SELECTION AT SCHOOL WOULD BE TOTALLY AWESOME AND IT'S REALLY EASY TO MAKE. IT'S ALSO HEALTHY AND VERY POPULAR.
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth. If too thick, add one tablespoon of water for a more desired consistency.

WOULD BE COOL TO SERVE WITH:

*Whole wheat tortillas, pita bread, and tortilla chips
*veggies (IE: onions, bell peppers, banana peppers, black beans, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.)
*Sour cream
*variety of cheeses
