Ingredients:
1 pound ground lean chuck
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
1 C. shredded process cheese
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz.) un-drained
2 C. cooked macaroni hot
Instructions:
In a non-stick skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and green pepper. Drain, transfer to crock pot. Add seasonings, cheese, tomato paste, and tomatoes, stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in hot cooked macaroni 10 minutes before serving.
