Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
4 medium potatoes
4-5 carrots
1 wedge from medium cabbage
1 small onion
6 slices of cheese
can of cream of mushroom soup
Instructions:
Break hamburger in bottom of casserole. Chop onion over this and season with salt and pepper. Next, grate a layer of each, potatoes, carrots and cabbage, over hamburger. Repeat until casserole is to the top of the dish. Pour can of mushroom soup over the top and season with salt and pepper. Lay 6 slices of cheese over that. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
