Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 C. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 each bell pepper and onion
1 C. mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic
shrimp (optional)
Instructions:
Chop bell pepper, onion and mushrooms coarsely. Crumble ground meat into a 2 quart casserole dish. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350º degrees. Serves 6.
