Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
3 cans tomato sauce
small box noodles
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 Tbls. chopped onion
1 Tbls. chopped green pepper
Instructions:
Simmer hamburger and tomato sauce and set aside. Cook noodles. Beat cream cheese and cottage cheese, add peppers and onions. Arrange in layers of noodles and cheese mixture. Pour meat sauce over all and bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
