Ingredients:
1 lb. lean hamburger
dry Italian dressing mix
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 C. flour
bread crumbs
1 egg
Instructions:
Fry hamburger. Drain grease and set aside. Mix 1/2 package Italian dressing, flour, salt and pepper. Add enough water to make smooth gravy. Mix into hamburger thoroughly. Place on plate and let cool. Once cool, make into balls. Roll into egg (add a little milk), then bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil (medium heat). Drain on paper towels and eat with hot mustard.
