  QUICK CREAMED HAMBURGER AND CABBAGE DISH

Ingredients:
1 medium onion minced
1/4-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 C. coarsely chopped cabbage
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 C. milk
Instructions:
Brown meat and onion lightly in butter, breaking up meat with fork. Add cabbage and sauté lightly. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk a little at a time. Cover and simmer 15 or 20 minutes or until tender. Makes about 6 servings.
