Ingredients:
1/2 C. onion, chopped
1/2 C. celery, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C. rice, uncooked
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 Tbls. soy sauce
Chow mein noodles
Instructions:
Cook onion, celery and hamburger until meat is browned. Drain. Mix with all other ingredients except chow mein noodles. Bake at 350º degrees in covered casserole for 30 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle chow mein noodles on top and bake another 30 minutes uncovered.
