Ingredients:
1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. sliced carrots
1/2 C. chopped green peppers
1/2 C. diced onions
1/2 C. diced potato
Instructions:
Take a sheet of aluminum foil 12" x 12". Fold in half, then crimp on sides until a pouch is made. Fill with above ingredients and seal top shut to hold in juice while cooking. Cook in oven at 500º for 10 minutes. For outdoor cooking, place on grill or right in hot coals for 5-7 minutes on a side. Open pouch, season to taste.
