Ingredients:
1 C. flour
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1-1/2 C. raisins
1 C. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 C. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. chopped nuts
1 C. quick oats
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients; add remaining ingredients to moisten. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
