Ingredients:
1 can fruit flavored diet soda
1/2 C. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 C. sugar
5 packets unflavored gelatin
Instructions:
Mix 1/2 can of soda and all other ingredients in small mixing bowl. Boil remaining soda and add to mixture, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Pour into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
