Ingredients:
6 Darjeeling teabags
4 C. boiling water (1 quart)
4 C. whole milk (1 quart)
granulated sugar substitute, to taste
Instructions:
Prepare a strong brew of Darjeeling tea, using 6 tea bags in 4 C. of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. Gently squeeze teabags and remove. Pour 2 C. plus 2 Tbls. of hot tea into each teacup. Foam milk in the steamer of an espresso machine. Top each C. with foamed milk, and sweeten with sugar substitute to taste.
