  Deviled Crab Croquettes

Ingredients:
1 lb Crabmeat
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Mashed potatoes
1 each Old Bay seasoning
2 each Eggs, hard boiled, chopped
1 each Dash onion powder
1 each Sm. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
1 each Egg, beaten
1 each Cracker meal
Instructions:
Sautee chopped green pepper and parsley and set aside. Combine
crabmeat, mashed potatoes, seasonings, chopped egg, green pepper and
parsley, and beaten egg.
Shape into croquettes, roll in cracker meal and deep fry until golden
