Ingredients:
1/3 cup Applesauce
3/4 cup Buttermilk
2 1/2 cup Bread flour
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 tsp Yeast
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in pan in order listed (Hitachi machine).
Adjust as needed for your machine.
