Ingredients:
9 oz Honey
1 1/16 cup Brandy or other 40 % alcohol
Instructions:
1. Heat the honey untill it is liquid, best in microwave. 2. Fill the
alcohol in a bottle and heat in water until it is about
the same temperature as the honey. 3. Carefully add honey to the
alcohol in the bottle,close well and
shake good to mix. 4. Cool and let stand 2 weeks in cool place,
test better the
older it is.
