Ingredients:
1 package (7oz) spaghetti, broken into thirds
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons of cooking wine or water
2 cups of cooked cubed chicken
Italian style bread crumbs for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cook and drain spaghetti
Melt butter in a 2-quart saucepan over low heat
Stir in flour, salt and pepper
Cook, stirring constantly until mixture is bubbly
Add broth and cream.
While stirring, heat to boiling
Mix spaghetti, wine and chicken in large cassarole dish. Pour sauce over top of spaghetti and gently mix.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over top of spaghetti
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes
