Ingredients:

2 packages (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 pint vanilla ice cream
16 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
Instructions:
Dissolve geletin in water.
Soften ice cream by stirring.
Add ice cream to geletin
Stir in strawberries
Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold.
Chill
