Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1 can red kidney beans
can of tomato soup
5 medium sized potatoes
1 onion, diced
Instructions:
Peel and slice raw potatoes. Brown the hamburger and place in a casserole dish alternating hamburger, onions, beans, and potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour soup over all and bake in a 350º oven for one hour and fifteen minutes or until potatoes are done.
