Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 small onion, sliced
sliced carrots
chopped celery
sliced potatoes
1 qt. whole tomatoes
Instructions:
Place hamburger in bottom of casserole. Add 1 layer onions, 1 layer carrots,1 layer celery and 1 layer potatoes. Pour tomatoes over top. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
