Ingredients:
1 or 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
4 or 5 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 small green pepper or 1/2 of large pepper
1 small stalk celery
Instructions:
Slightly brown hamburger in skillet. Cook diced potatoes. Cook onion, green pepper and celery together. Pour off excess grease from browned hamburger. Add potatoes an onion mixture to hamburger. Add enough water to make sure potatoes done. Seasons with salt and pepper to taste.
