Ingredients:
1 C. raisins
1-1/2 C. water
1/2 C. shortening
1 egg
1 C. oatmeal
1 Tbls. sugar substitute
1 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions:
Boil raisins and water. Add other ingredients. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes, or until done. Cool slightly and serve.
