Ingredients:
400g minced lamb
1 onion grated
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp lemon rind
1 recipe Tomato Yogurt Dressing
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except dressing, mix well. Divide into 8 portions, form into small sausage shapes. Place two shapes onto each skewer. Place under hot griller, turn frequently. Grill 5 - 7 minutes. Serve with Tomato Yogurt Dressing. Serves 4.
